SIMOTICS NEMA GP100

Siemens GP100 motor has a cast iron frame and bearing housings that utilize the same design philosophy that goes into the design of our renowned severe duty line of motors… ruggedness, reliability, performance and efficiency. The design provides high structural strength through the use of finite element analysis to strategically place material within each component to resist the effects of stress and vibration. Materials for resistance to corrosion are liberally used throughout for long life in a wide variety of industrial applications.

SIMOTICS NEMA GP100A

The GP100A precision die cast aluminum frame, bearings housing and bolt-on feet represent a major step forward in motor design innovation. These motors provide high structural strength through the use of finite element analysis to strategically place material within each component to resist the effects of stress and vibration. They weigh less than comparable rolled-steel frame motor designs, yet provide more structural strength for a wider variety of industrial applications. They are ideal in material handling, pump, fan compressors and other industrial applications.

The SIMOTICS DP200 HPS motor from Siemens combines flexibility, performance and efficiency to meet any customer needs for horizontal pump system and many other applications. The footing works for the vast majority of retrofits and a broad selection of options makes custom orders a thing of the past, allowing for optimal performance in diverse operating conditions. At 350–800 horsepower and 509–5013 frame size, it delivers maximum efficiency without complications — not only meeting but exceeding NEMA Premium and U.S. DoE requirements.

It's also built with tomorrow’s technology advancements in mind, so you and your customers are ready for whatever comes. Complete with key features to meet the needs of the horizontal pump system market, DP200 HPS includes stator RTDs, insulated bearing on the NDE, provisions for bearing RTDs, and provisions for vibration sensors.

The SD100 IEEE 841 motor is the ultimate NEMA design motor. It is designed and manufactured to meet or exceed IEEE 841-2009 Standard requirements for efficiency, performance, construction, adjustable-speed operation and long service life in the most demanding applications. The line of Siemens XP100 motors is not an evolution in hazardous motor design, but a total revolution. This distinctive line of NEMA frame motors is based on 14 decades of Siemens motor design leadership, manufacturing expertise and application knowledge. Combined with innovative and elegant new technologies, Siemens XP100 explosion-proof motors are UL® listed for dust ignition proof environments, and are suitable for use in Class I, Groups C&D, Class II, Groups F&G, Division 1 hazardous areas.

SIMOTICS NEMA SD661

SD661 severe duty/IEEE 841 TEFC motors are available in NEMA Premium® efficiency with our die cast aluminum rotor design (184T-365T). They also exceed IEEE Std 841TM-2009 standards for high performance, rugged construction and long service life, for the most demanding industrial applications.

Also build in compliance with the requirements of API661 standard by incorporating roller bearings on frames 210-360 making them ideal for use for heavy belt driven heat exchangers applications in petro/chemical applications.

SIMOTICS NEMA SD10 MS

SD10 MS high efficiency, severe duty, multi-speed motors are ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications and in severe duty operating atmospheres, such as cooling towers, which require more than one base speed. They meet or exceed NEMA and CSA standards and the operational standards for severe operating environments.

SIMOTICS NEMA XP100 ID1

Siemens XP100 ID1 motors are designed to provide superior operating performance and energy efficiency in the oil and gas drilling applications. Their advanced electromagnetic design meets, and often exceeds the requirements of the Energy Independence & Security Act of 2007 (NEMA MG1 Table 12 - 12). Siemens XP100 ID1 explosion-proof motors are UL® listed for gas ignition proof environments, and are suitable for use in Class I, Group D, Division 1 hazardous areas.
